Appointment Logistics
Do I need to be home during the grooming session?
For your first appointment, we prefer you to be home so we can meet you and your dog. For established clients, we can arrange a secure way to access your dog if you are out, provided we have discussed this in advance and have clear instructions for entry and safety.
How long does a grooming session take?
The duration depends on your dog's breed, coat condition, and the service requested. Typically, a full groom takes between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. We will provide a more accurate estimate when you book.
